Coming from an Italian background we are extremely passionate about great coffee and homemade food.
Our modern Australian menu features an authentic Italian influence and provides homemade options that cater for all types of eaters. Our tantalising meals are cooked fresh daily in house using only the finest of ingredients.
Coming from an Italian background a strong emphasis has always been placed on coffee...good coffee. That is why coffee is my heart and soul. I have always had an interest in coffee, where it comes from, how it’s blended and brewed and how it’s made. The coffee served at Barista v.s Chef has been personally hand-selected from a variety of specialty beans from around the world and perfectly roasted to create our signature blend. I have been a passionate barista for over 10 years.
Growing up in the restaurant industry I have always had a growing love for cooking from a very young age. I started off working as a cook in my parent’s restaurant at the age of 14. My passion for food continued to grow and I decided to pursue a career in food.
I have been a qualified chef for over 4 years. Food is my passion, I enjoy it in all of its glory. My greatest satisfaction is seeing my customers happy.
